B-ham was pretty dang cool. Some hometown fans decided to come and hang out along with some new ones which was awesome.  Seeing familiar faces is the best feeling in the world when you are out of town. But also meeting fresh faces feels just as good!  Tomorrow = a good 7 hr trip in the van to Little Rock, AK but van rides don’t really bother me much, it has become a part of life and I learn to enjoy it with a little bit of music a lot a bit of talking to God and some movie time. I’m just excited for all the new places and new faces I am going to see on this tour. This is my first time going west and dang-it I feel like Fievel.  I don’t really remember that movie but I got an awesome cup from pizza hut when it came out.

Lessons learned from Day One.

- everyone does their part

- God always provides

- Alex Barr can make me laugh until my guts hurt.

- I’m going to miss a lot of people from home but I’m going to have to learn to deal with that feeling in a non-destructive way.

By the way all the crazy amazing new people I have come to know in the past few months know that I love you. I am going to miss you dearly but I own a phone and so do you, we can talk. And yes its only a month. God has placed you all in my life at a time that I needed more than you will ever know. You seriously are prayers that have been answered. I just want to say thank you for being in my life.

Last year I had this prayer to live my life on faith alone. That was prior to me being a part of this band.  This is it happening. I’m seeing things I have never seen and meeting people I never would have before. God is doing something incredible.

Every time I say California I smile.

Hey I don’t do well with competition.

Love should always be our first reaction.
