To Download your quest 2 videos to your PC. Turn on your headset then Grab a usb C cable and connect your headset to your PC. Now jump inside your headset and hit allow permission on the prompt that shows. Then go back to your PC, you may see a setting pop up box showing that your quest 2 is plugged in. Now under your file explorer scroll on the left side to find your quest 2 then double click internal shared storage then, oculus, then video shots and booya there are all your clips. You can also delete your videos from here after you drag and drop them to your computer if you need to save space. Hope that helps
