Fear and Faith.

Matthew 8v26
And he said to them, “Why are you afraid, O you of little faith?”

Jesus lays out a little cause and effect in this verse displaying that our fears are directly related to our faith. Our fears speak volumes to what we believe our savior, our God can and can’t do for us. Consistently throughout the rest of Matthew Jesus proves his power specifically to those who truly believe and that is where we need to be. Believing him for healing, believing him for resurrection, believing him for peace and joy in the turmoil. Let us examine what we fear today and begin to trust through prayer that our God will provide.

Matthew 9v22
Jesus turned, and seeing her he said, “Take heart, daughter; your faith has made you well.” And instantly the woman was made well.

Matthew 9v29-30
Then he touched their eyes, saying, “According to your faith be it done to you.” And their eyes were opened.
